Remarks
Vegetative interspecific Helianthus is a facultative short-day plant.
Young plants are delivered under SHORT DAY propagation
Estimated finished crop time from transplant of a 4 week old 72 X-tray plug and finished at an average daily temperature (ADT) of 20⁰C under short days.
Plants flower under both short days and long days, but flowering is 1 to 2 weeks faster under short days.
Required-pinch at the 6th or 7th leaf node to promote branching.
Crop time is approx. 5-10 days faster at an ADT 23⁰C versus 20⁰C

It's very important to apply several PGR application during finishing. Avoid applying PGRs too heavily to try to control Sunblast. Sunblast has a growth spurt and applying PGR at the right moments is very effective.
Recommended application:Sprench (heavy spray). Preferred application: Alar 4gr / 1 ltr1.Laterals breaking /showing after the pinch. 2.Visible bud. This stage is very important.3. At showing color.Higher rates may be necessary under high light and temperature conditions (SET).Spray is also possible but needs to be done more frequently to keep control over the plant.
PGR alternatives: Regalis: 1,5 gr/ltrBonzi: 3ml – 5ml/ltr (After pinch at least once a week to avoid stretching)
