The unit is subdivided into two remits

General crime scene investigation work:

Crime scene work on the occasion of major incidents

Evidence recovery and collection of evidence on exhibits

Forensic examination of motor vehicles

Identification of falsified motor vehicles

Investigatiing the possibilities of ovbercoming immobiliser systems

Use of special auxiliary tools and evidence collection methods
