ID ProgramAt CrewBoss we understand how important it is to be able to identify stations and team members responding to an event. That is why we created an ID program with a variety of options from screen printing to reflective lettering. 3M Reflective lettering can be applied to any garment to department specifications. These letters are sewn directly to the garment on a self-fabric placard. 2 inch and 3 inch lettering available.Screen printing of names is available in a variety of fonts. Screen printing of custom artwork such as logos requires the submission of high resolution artwork or electronic file.

Its special rip-stop construction, engineered from a blend of Dupont™ Kevlar® and Nomex® brand fibers, provides high strength, durability and thermal protection. Clothing made from tough Advance™ fabric is geared for the thermal hazards, long hours and rugged terrain of wildland fire fighting.

The built-in protection of fiber blend and rip-stop weave provides strength and flexibility even after extreme thermal exposure.

NOMEX® IIIASuperior thermal protection is assured with apparel and accessories manufactured with Nomex®. Garments made of Nomex® are inherently flame-resistant and won’t melt, drip or support combustion in the air. And, the thermal protection offered by Nomex® is permanent — its superior flame resistance cannot be washed out or worn away.

A key factor in the thermal protection Nomex® provides is that it carbonizes and thickens when exposed to the intense heat of today’s fires. This increases the protective barrier between the heat source and the skin and minimizesburninjury.Thistough,protectivebarrierstayssupple and flexible until it cools, which gives you valuable extra seconds of protection when you need it most.

TECASAFE® PLUSThe basis of this range of fabrics is a mixture of flame retardant PPAN-fr and natural fibers (including cotton or special cellulosic). These fabrics ensure a high comfort level and are an excellent solution when a combination of high visibility and flame resistance is required. The flame resistant properties are permanent and have been certified after 100 industrial launderings.

TenCate Tecasafe® Plus delivers superior electric arc and flash fire protection in a comfortable lightweight fabric. It performs to the NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112 standards.

Tecasafe® Plus is comfortable to wear, soft and breathable. It offers superior moisture management due to the special cellulosic fiber content. Excellent abrasion resistance and better strength retention remains after multiple commercial washes.

PBI TRIGUARD™Inherently flame resistant, soft, lightweight and comfortable, PBI Triguard provides superior protection. PBI TriGuard™ fabric is a 3-fiber blend of PBI, 3Lenzing® FR and MicroTwaron™ that offers superior flame protection, outstanding comfort and unmatched durability. This advanced rip-stop blend fabric is the right choice to meet the demands of most any environment. PBI TriGuard™ fabric is easy to care for and maintain, making it the right choice for the work you do.
