Reimbursement Calculation Example
o If any Associate other than the Recruiting Agent is designated as a Trainer, the Recruiting
Agent and the Trainer share the compensation as follows. If the Recruiting Agent is
"Unlicensed" the compensation will be shared with the next upline Licensed Agent.
Ex: The Trainer is at 60% and will earn 75% of the commission payout.
60% of $6,000 equals $3,600 of which the Trainer will earn $2,700.
o Recruiting Agent
Will assist in providing support if needed,
Will communicate with the Trainer for progress
Will assist in field building and recruiting the trainee’s team
Will be present at training meetings.
The Recruiting Agent will earn 25% of the commission payout based on his/her
level.
Ex: The Recruiting Agent is at 40% and will earn 25% of the commission
payout.
40% of $6,000 equals $2,400 of which the licensed recruiting agent will earn
$600.
o VP Upline
The VP is ultimately responsible for making the Trainee whole.

Monitor the training process and progress.
In the event that the Trainer does not fulfill the obligation of the ELT, The VP will be
sure that the training is completed properly and all reimbursements are made.

Will assist in setting up appointments or meetings,
Will do all presentations with appropriate Fact Finder,
Will complete all proposals
Will assist in field building and recruiting the trainee’s team

Will deliver all policies.
The Trainer is responsible for the ELT ($1,000) paid to the "New Licensed
