Creating expert system from Excel FAQs

Step 2: Importing FAQs into Database (save excel sheet in CSV format) other option is to upload

Excel workbook and import excel sheets into database.

Step 3: Check imported FAQs in Database through Query Builder

Step 4: Creating expert system application using Create App Wizard.

Make sure this option is selected

Check rules created by clicking on ‘Show Rules’

Application is added to application list
