Warm Water: Rationalizations

• Denial of Responsibility– Industry practices (the rules of the game)

– Corporate authority (my hands were tied)

• Denial of Injury– Willing participants (they knew what they were getting into)

• Appeal to Higher Loyalties– Survival (this is war)
