What is a right?

Anything that is essential to uphold in order to build an environment of wholeness


Relationship Bill of Rights

• A way to structure expectations for each individual within a system to create space for Consent, Agency, and Honesty.

• A way to structure expectations so that people have safety.

• A basis for creating HR policies and internal accountability to hold the principles of wholeness sacred.

• A mind blowing way to think about work.
