Insight

• In the entrance hall of supermarket are own product (Merkat) offering and halloween line. Focus on first impression of consumers.

• Products are sorted by product type (here you can see the cookie aisle). This allows a first glance at supermarket supply products, also provides warehouse management (kanban level)

Hidden oportunities

• Improve the condition of the ceiling (does not look clean). The ceramic floor grid is very small, it seems that the floor was dirty. The ceiling in the wine sector and cash registers is very slow, is claustrophobic and dark.

• The entrance to the supermarket is very close. The cash registers are practically at the output. The entrance is not friendly.
