    The Company has adoptedspeciJicCPNI policies to ensure hal, in the absenceof customerapproval, CPNI is only usedby the Company o provide or market serviceofferings among thecategoriesof semice(ie., Iocal, inlerexchange, and CMRS)to which the customer alreadysubssibes, The Company'sCPNI policiesprohibit the sharing of CPNI with afJiliatedcompanies,ercept aspermitted under Rule 6a.2005(a)(l) or with custotnerapprovalpursuantto Rule 64.2007(b). The only exceptions o thosepolicies are aspermilted ander 47.U.5.C.S222(d) and RuIe 64.2005.
