One of the first and foremost is to wash your hands frequently. Avoid close contact with people who are ill. Try to avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Cough into your elbow, not your hands. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. Change your pillowcase and sheets often. Eat foods high in Vitamin D because they help your immune system such as egg yolks, mushrooms, salmon, canned tuna and beef liver. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Drink green tea, calm down & keep moving! Path to Well-Being The Watermark at 3030 is excited to introduce a fun, new program titled "Art in Progress. " This innovative program gives residents the ability to design a drawing, such as Mandala Art and Drawing What You See, in a cooperative effort. Together, residents work on the project. As the picture develops so do the bonds between everyone involved. Residents, associates and family members enjoy seeing the project progress. They look to see what's been added; noticing new features and colors. As this beautiful piece of art comes to life so do our connections with each other. Working together we create bonds, make new friendships, build memories and become more creative than we ever knew possible. This is a wonderful way to view each day through the lens of possibility!
