Anexa FVC operates 14 Veterinary Clinics across the Waikato employing 130 staff. We have an experienced and dedicated team of Vets, Vet Nurses and Customer Service people based at our clinic in the beautiful Raglan Beach. Our team provide services to beef, sheep and dairy farms as well as companion animals. The Customer Service Person is the first point of contact for our loyal clients, therefore strong communication and organisational skills are essential. You will have the ability and confidence to book in farm calls and direct Vets efficiently to ensure they arrive on farm on time and prepared, as well as making sure our companion animal owners (and their pets) receive the best possible experience. You will undertake data entry and month end processing as well as others tasks such as end of the day cash up, managing vaccination and dental reminders, general housekeeping, and managing the inventory of stock (both purchasing stock and stock taking). To be successful in this role, you will have a fabulous phone and front counter manner, strong general office skills as well as the ability to multitask, problem solve, and meet deadlines. There is a requirement to participate in a Saturday morning clinic roster. It would be an advantage to have knowledge of New Zealand farming systems and ideally a background in the veterinary industry, although this is not essential. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude, great team work skills and a high level of personal positivity.
