• Attachments:Thisfieldwillindicaterequiredattachmentsbasedontheselectedprogramgoalandotherfields.
• Justification/Rationale:Thissectionisalwaysrequired,andiswhereyousummarizeandjustifythechangesyou’vemade(i.e.Two-Yearupdate,etc).Clearlyindicateanyupdatestothecoursetable,asthesemaynotshowintheeditingmarkup.
