World Languages✓ 2 years of a foreign language is required for graduation

Tips to Choosing Classes Wisely
● Review your EDP to select core courses and
electives that support your career plans● Consider your college goals and make sure you
select courses that meet admissions criteria of your desired colleges
● Consult with current teachers for recommendations for next year’s courses
Registration Timeline❖ Social Studies teachers will distribute course
request sheets Wednesday, February 5th. SCC students with no social studies pick up in counseling.
❖ Counselors will meet with you individually to select
your courses through your social studies class beginning February 10th.
❖ Make sure you have your registration form
completely filled out prior to meeting with your counselor.

If you are absent or are not called on your scheduled day, please have your sheet with you. A counselor will call you out of class for make ups.
Important things that you need to remember!!
➢Be sure to have the appropriate teacher signature for those classes with a course code that includes a “T”.
➢Be sure to have 7 total credits selected when requesting classes.
➢Be sure to have 3 additional alternate courses selected in order of preference.
➢No schedule changes will be made for electives, changing teacher, or lunches.
