Entry requirementsNo formal previous learning is required for this course however Mines Rescue encourages participants to gain knowledge and experience of the policies and procedures of their workplace before starting the course. It is also an expectation, however not essential, that participants have experience working in a coal mine environment.
It is acknowledged that this is a course based on a Certificate III level qualification that requires appropriate levels of language, literacy and numeracy skills to manage course work, in-course activities and assessment tasks.
