Teaching Methodology

INTELLIGENT TEST SYSTEM

For better familiarization with JEE examination and continuous practice, Periodic Tests are conducted to evaluate students performance and to develop their capabilities to respond promptly to all types of questions, to improve speed and to identify weak areas.

Unit Test

These tests are focused on the topics which are being currently taught at that time.

JEE Main Test

One test of 3 hrs on JEE Main pattern in a time interval of 2 to 4 weeks.

JEE Advanced Test

Two tests of 3 hrs each on same day are conducted in a time interval of 4 to 6 weeks which covers all the topics taught till date for better revision.

Board Pattern Test

Designed according to the Board syllabus to ensure best performance of students in their Board exams.

Score Test

To enhance their score in JEE, at the end of session series of tests are conducted followed by discussion and revision classes.

Score Advanced Test

Series of tests along-with discussion classes are organized between JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams for final touch to boost their ranks.

To Generate and Print your ASAT Admit Card on time, your duly filled Application Form must reach us at least three days before the ASAT Date. Generate & print your ASAT Admit Card from our website and affix a recent passport size color photograph on it and bring the same at the opted Test Center.

2. Without Admit Card you will not be allowed to appear in ASAT.

Fee in cash can also be deposited at any Branch of Central Bank of India / Axis Bank / HDFC Bank after downloading Fee Challan from our website. (Bank

4. Through Credit / Debit Card at office premises

Fee can also be deposited at any Center office by swiping Credit Card / Debit Card. ( No Extra Charges ).

5. Through Demand Draft / CTS Cheque

Fee can also be deposited through Single Crossed Demand Draft / CTS Cheque of the requisite amount at any of our classroom centers.

(i) Demand Draft / CTS Cheque should be in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE" from Nationalized Bank, payable at center office where fees is being

submitted.

(ii) Student must write his/her Name, Form Number, Mobile No. on the back side of Demand Draft / CTS Cheque.

(iii) Please ensure balance in the account before depositing the Fee by Cheque. Cutting & over writing is not allowed. CTS Cheque should be issued from

the bank account of either student himself or his/her father / mother only (Third party cheque not allowed).

A. BY POST: Demand Draft / CTS Cheque can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Corporate Office / Classroom

Center office three days before the course commencement date.

B. BY HAND: To deposit Demand Draft / CTS Cheque by hand at our office, first the student has to collect a pre-printed fee challan from our any Center

If a Student get Admission in any Medical / Engineering College located in India for / / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. only through any s MBBS BDSCompetitive Examination, refund will be made after deducting 50% of the prescribed fee out of amount paid by the student. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid courses. 1. Admission in a particular course at a particular location is subjected to availability of seats.

2. Keep your fee receipt safely, in many cases it will work as an authentic proof of your registration at ALLEN.

3. After fee deposition student must collect their Unique Electronic ID-Card by showing the original fee receipt.

4. After completing the Admission process student's Batch & Building details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Mobile number, 2 days before class commencement. After that he/she has to report in the Institute / Class Venue along with his/her Unique Electronic ID-Card, on the date & time as specified in SMS.

5. After Fee Deposition Course/Phase/Stream/Study Center Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student ) on payment of prescribed fee as per list given below along with the difference of Course Fee :

1. ALLEN reserves the sole right to admission, scholarship scheme, methodology and process of teaching, change in classes / batch / test schedule, removal or change in class venue / test centre and time to time alteration of rules and regulations.

2. ALLEN reserves all rights for it’s course material. It can not be copied, redistributed or sold without permission of ALLEN under any condition. Anyone found indulging in such activities will be sole responsible for its legal consequences what so ever.

3. ALLEN does not authorise any person/employee/lecturer to accept fee in cash.

4. Although ALLEN does not have any hostel/mess facility, however large number of hostel/mess are available in the vicinity of ALLEN. Student has to make his/her own arrangements as per the choice & need.

5. ALLEN does not have any tie-up with any school for schooling, however good number of schools are located in the vicinity of ALLEN. Student has to make his/her own arrangements for admission.

6. Number of All India ASAT Centers in various cities are being operated to conduct the Admission Test as per the norms and standards laid down by ALLEN. Any of these center can be changed/cancelled.

7. Institute gives high priority to discipline & have strict norms to maintain the discipline. Students are not allowed in campus without Identity Card in any case. Misconduct, using of mobile phones in campus or any sort of damage to Institute's / Test Center’s property will result into serious action against guilty (including permanent rustication from the institute without refund of fee)

8. If a student remains absent from Class / Test, Institute may take disciplinary action against such student.

9. Any type of anti social activity, misuse of mobile phones and misuse of internet by students even outside the institute will also be the reason of rustication from the institute.

10. Before finalise the admission at ALLEN student & parents himself has to ensure the basic eligibility (such as age, qualification, domicile, no. of attempt, physical fitness etc.) for the target Competitive Examinations. ALLEN can not be held responsible for any such mistakes, on part of the student.
