Revision will modify County'scommitment from 20% to 28%.

20. Discuss, consider and take action to approve Advance Funding Agreements (AFA's) with TxDOTfor project to replace bridges on CR 440 at Tranquitas Creek and San Andreas Creek.

21. Discuss, consider and take action to authorize a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the repair and/orreplacement of the roof at the Jim Wells County Courthouse.

Discuss, consider and act on adopting a Resolution of the Jim Wells County Commissioners, JimWells County, Texas authorizing the filing of a grant application with the Coastal Bend Council ofGovernments (CBCOG) for a regional solid waste grants program grant; authorizing the Jim WellsCounty Judge to act on behalf of Jim Wells County in all matters related to the application; andpledging that if a grant is received, Jim Wells County will comply with the grant requirements ofCBCOG, The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and the State of Texas.

24. Discuss, consider and take action on payroll and bills as submitted by County Auditor with theexemption of fund 52, 53 & 54.
