TrailsOver 3.5 miles of walking trails wind through 127 acres of rolling meadows and shady woodlands, includes Exercise Trail with 18 workout stations.
Nature ProgramsExplore the plants, animals and ecosystems of County Farm with a Parks Naturalist. Spring wildflowers in Britton Woods, maple syrup making, birdwatching, and so much more.

Picnicking & PlaygroundsPavilions, bbq grilles and picnic tables available. Platt Pavilion seats 60-70 people, Medford Pavilion seats 40-54; both pavilions are free and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Farm-themed playground with barn play structure, spring riders, web climber and more. Highly accessible, sensory-rich and loads of fun!
GardensProject Grow’s oldest and largest community garden site includes a Discovery Garden with easy access plots for children, seniors and wheelchairs. Details at www.projectgrowgardens.org.
Perennial Garden displays 50 flowers and grasses in a unique garden designed by a local artist.
DogsMust be on leash and under control at all times, allowed on all but the nature trails in Britton Woods. Waste
stations located throughout the park.
Park HistoryAcquired in 1836, this land has housed a County insane asylum, poor house and infirmary. Interpretive signs explore history and gardening themes.
