Evaluate/Update Departmental Service Fees
Our current fee structure charges for lost/replacement fee of $10 to our
student population only
We are researching other Universities - both inside and outside of Texas
Other Universities charge students for new cards as well as
faculty/staff along with charging for lost/replacement cards
We will need committee involvement to develop more robust fees that
will be comparable to the advanced technologies that we will be
implementing with our campus card system and multi-technology
smart card
We will share our research at our November meeting
