NEW ROBOTIZED MACHINING LINE "BRUNO NEGRI"

The Line is able to operate continuosly 24/7 producing cylinder heads for the new diesel enginesVM A630 that will be mounted on the newMaserati “Ghibli” and “Quattroporte” as well as on the Jeep model “Grand Cherokee”.The robotic line is composed by five high precision machining centers, high pressure washingchambers and two assembling workpiece stations.A special feature is the traceable system Data Matrix that characterizes each workpiece "tracingthe history" in order to identify all the parameters during the production process.For these characteristics C.M.D. develop more and more new and advanced projects with the aims of being a partner in the industrial sectors of automotive,marine engines, aeronautic and process of industrial research.

Quality/Environment Certifications

The Quality System is enlarged and pinpointed with all the Operative Instructions, based on ISO/TS 16949:2002 rules, as you can nr. TS/12946/05 Certificate.

The principal aim of our company is the safeguard and the respect of the work environment. For doing this, CMD created a Quality Management System and an Environmental Management System. This activity culminated in obtaining the environmental Certification ISO 14001.

Furthermore the company is certified ISO 9100:2009 for the design and production of aeronautic components.

The FNM parallel hybrid system offers the chance to sail at zero emissions in protected areas and harbours.

Both propulsion units are connected on the same axe by an electron hydraulic clutch. The user can select the desired propulsion type. The maimum eletrical power is 15 kW at 48




Telediagnosis

The FNM Mobile is a diagnostic tester that connected to the diagnostic plug of the engine iscapable of transmitting to a service center all engine operating data, in particular the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) and then the engine .
