Welcomes you to the

Electric Power Efficiency Improvement System]

For Induction Motors

Page 2: COSMOTOR

v Cosmotor has won recognition for its technological prowess first from its overseas customers, and backed by this support, we will strive to create a new energy era in Korea. By realizing the energy conservation through the Cosmotor electricity saving system (CESS), with an international patent which received first in this industries in Korea realizes approximate 10% saving in electricity usage by activating organically a physical electric device. We will help enterprises secure a competitive edge in this boundless competitive era, and do our best to promote this new energy saving method and realize the future happiness.

ABOUT C E S S CESS is connected to the motor incoming phases. CESS is a newly conceptual power saving system that : •improves efficiency of power•decreases actual power consumption for the same amount of work done•improves power quality caused by increase of the kinetic energy of the electric equipment power.

•Maintaining fixed voltage by suppressing overvoltage

•Improving power factor by suppressing reactive power

•reducing the value of current

All contributes to actual cost reduction.

NEUTRINO WAVES

• Neutrinos are electrically neutral, they are not affected by the electromagnetic forces which act on electrons.

• Neutrino energy wave which is an intrinsic energy of a unique material, fine quartz composite formed on a PCB by a unique process, to induct and to excite optical energy wave by a series of epoxy molded resistors.

Page 4: COSMOTOR

NEUTRINO WAVES• Activating the quartz by the strength of the

electric field and other electronic parts permanent energy wave form is generated. It also suppresses the Transient Voltage Surge which is harmful to Power Transmission.

• CESS not only extends the life cycle of motor, electric and electronic appliances but also prevents from malfunction of electric devices caused by Ground discharge and noises etc., because it makes possible to supply a stable and steady electric power to power loader by Neutrino wave generated by SiO2 and by TVSS function.

NEUTRINO WAVES• The fine copper powders(99.9% purity)

compounded as a fixed ratio shield Electromagnetic waves to increase P F and prevent electric appliance from a harmful energy waves because string.

• In short CESS saves power consumption from wasted power, suppresses surges on power transmission line, shields hazardous magnetic waves such as electromagnetic wave, water magnetic wave, etc., and increases the Power Factor.

Power Quality Compensating System

ENERGY WAVE LENGTHAs the proper magnetic wave, it induces uniform

arrangement in molecular structure, stops external wave (water vein wave, electromagnetic wave) from infiltrating, especially decreases vibrating over 90%.

Page 6: COSMOTOR

ENERGY WAVE RADIATIONENERGY WAVE RADIATION• The balance waves emitted by CESS not only improves conductivity

but also removes - harmonics, electromagnetic wave, heat generation which can be generated in power condition, which transforms kinetic energy into increased electricity of good quality. This is the power saving theory that gains the same efficiency by consuming a small amount of electric power.

Improving effectiveness on power • CESS improves power factor by making Phi narrow between

voltage wave progressing and current wave progressing which trace sign wave shape, it improves the power effect of the inductive load by reducing reactive power (var), one of AC impedance.

• Nonlinear characteristic waveform is improved comparatively close to sign wave by offsetting external wave generated in the same load.

Page 8: COSMOTOR

Maintaining voltage by CESS

By controlling Surge with TVSS device• compensate power failure of the moment, prevent damage of the equipment, and reduce noise.• Voltage doesn’t go down below the natural fluctuation value after installing CESS.

Influence of CESS• Electric power save• Increases power quality• Decreases reactive power• Decreases loss of distribute line• Decreases heat generation in distribute facility• Decreases current in all load• Removes troubles of electric system ( Data error, trip status of circuit

breaker)• Increases load efficiency by voltage improving (voltage change,

unbalances voltage, distorted voltage)• Extend life span of the load (lighting, motors, controllers)• Prevents damage of electric equipments• Prevents Computer data error• Extends the life span of motor (more than 40~60%)• Extends the life span of lighting (more than double)• Suppresses program error which stops product line• Suppresses increase of energy use
