Mr. Prashant Sekhar Panda, Independent Director, is a reputed Chartered Accountant at

working with Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Bank in Singapore, Barclays Bank PLC and

the Issue Management team, Risk Mitigation & Wealth Management at Kolkata. With his

profound knowledge and expertise in client servicing, he is also greatly responsible for

business development and networking opportunities at Sumedha.

Mr. M.S. Prashant an ex banker and VP- Investment Banking is an astute professional with

around 25 years of experience in various capacities with Banks and Financial Intermediaries

has domain expertise in executing credit proposals, liaising with banks for sanction and

team handling. Single handedly managed branch operations at Hyderabad, executed

mandates successfully and strengthened & developed relationships with various FIs and

corporates for greater brand presence.

Mr. K K Kabra is the VP- Investment Banking heading the Ahmedabad Branch. His domain

areas remains recovery & portfolio resolution since inception of his career. As branch head ,

Mr. Kabra has successfully dealt with resolution of ARCIL portfolios since 2006. He also

enjoys excellent relationships with lawyers, valuers and Govt Officials and regularly works

with all ARC’s in the country. His in depth knowledge and experience of legal provisions and

procedures has helped the company to carry Portfolio resolution mandates successfully.

Mr. M L Jain as Advisor takes care of the entire branch operation at New Delhi branch. He

has recently retired as General Manager from Bank of Baroda and has got a plethora of

knowledge in credit and relationship management. As brand head he has a successful track

record in relationship development with various FIs & Banks. He is also responsible for

Marketing & Business Development at NCR region.

Mr. D Lakhsminarayana is the VP– Investment Banking in Sumedha having rich experience

in Banking. He was working with Bank of India in senior positions and was overseeing

international operations, project financing, working capital, syndication, corporate debt

restructuring to name a few. He guides the banking related proposals.

Mr. Gopal Prasad Agarwala, a qualified Chartered Accountant is located out of Bangalore as

Mr. Nikhil Dujari ,AVP- Investment Banking is based out of Mumbai. He presently takes care

of debts syndication and other debt related transactions executed by the Mumbai branch. He

is also actively involved in business development and relationship building at Sumedha.

Mr. Tanay Mukhopadhyay, AVP – Investment Banking handles all debt related and

mandates restructuring at Sumedha. An ex banker with around 38 years of experience in

Banking is based out of Kolkata as AVP – Investment Banking. During his banking tenure he

had treasured the sound expertise of Banking Operations, Recovery Management, Branch

Administration and Financial Management.

Ms. Priya Basu, AVP – Investment Banking, specializes in PE funding and her domain area

involves taking care of the entire proposal since inception and closure of the deal which also

takes care of preparing the IM, evaluating opportunities, financial modeling with projections,

has been instrumental in managing various valuation, PE deals & M&A transactions at

Mr. Gaurav Gaggar is the VP – Investment Banking is based out of New Delhi and was

previously associated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as a Financial Advisor. He has got

hands on experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and to cash in

strategic investors. An effective communicator with exceptional negotiation skills in managing

FIs and external agencies involved into execution of mandates.

Mr. R P Sharma, AVP – Investment Banking is based out of Kolkata. He has more than 20
