ABOUT AFC

AFC Group designs, manufactures and integrates fibre optic and copper

communication solutions. With a passion for innovation, integration

and product development, the company offers a large range of quality

products. AFC is based in Melbourne with offices and warehouses in

Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland and Hong Kong.

Our Head Office in Melbourne houses our technical support team,

research and development and a state-of-the-art factory producing

cable assemblies, enclosures, and custom built fibre optic products. Our

highly trained team can repair and service Fujikura splicers or arrange for

test equipment to be calibrated.

Previously an Australian owned company, AFC was founded in 1992 and

has become the fibre optic specialist in the communications industry.

On May 1st 2015 AFL acquired AFC.

fibre optic cable, transmission and substation accessories, outside plant

equipment, connectors, fusion splicers and test equipment.

Founded in 1984, AFL is proud to offer engineering expertise, exceptional

products and reliable services that help our customers improve their

critical fibre optic and electrical infrastructures. AFL has operations in

the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. The company is

headquartered in Spartanburg, South Carolina and is a wholly-owned

subsidiary of Fujikura Ltd. of Japan.
