Ashton & Dave travels and holidays limited is incorporated under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 (RC 713420) and an IATA accredited travel management company Working as a professional and reliable entity, total travel logistics is one of our main objectives and quality customer service is our Top Priority. use online booking tools to simplify transaction for our clients and apply skills of expert travel counselors for traveler’s satisfaction. We ensure that our clients reduce their travel costs by up to 10 percent annually

and retain savings.

•Pre-travel and post-travel follow-up with calls, SMS and email messages.

•Competitive price, timely ticket delivery and refund payment.

Travel Policy Compliance. We work with company’s travel policy to ensure that, there is balance between reducing cost and responding to traveler’s needs. We negotiate for discounted fares for your organization through our direct relationship with major airlines, hotels and car hire service providers.

•Quality Assurance e.g. Zero service failure tolerance on reservations, ticketing and other travel related service.

Measuring Performance. We encourage our corporate clients to

have quarterly assessment of traveler’s satisfaction on our

perception survey (CPS).

With the experience gathered over the years in the aviation industry, staffs ranging from the protocol officers to the

chauffeur in Ashton & Dave are trained to maintain the best standard practice, being cautious of the fact that quality

customer service is our top priority.

Meet, greet and transfer :- Our protocol officers are always on stand by politely waiting to receive our clients at either the

local or international airport to take them to pick up and/or drop off points. Based on request, clients’ passports are

collected so as to help them through immigration formalities, sort out their luggage and take them through various

agencies at the airport. We take the burden off our clients.

Transit clearance:- we equally receive our clients in one terminal, convey them in our chauffeur driven saloons and check

them in at the other terminal. This service is particularly packaged for international passengers and Senior executives

traveling within and outside the country and require connecting flights.

Luggage handling:- At Ashton & Dave, clients’ luggage can be received in advance and pre-checked with the intended

airline (subject to airline and airport security procedures). Clients are thereafter presented with their boarding passes and

in some cases, escorted to the foot of the air craft to board on a fast track. Our aim is to ensure that clients make the flight

with minimum fuss.

Movement Logistics

Over the years, we have developed strong affiliations

through strategic partnership and signed contracts with

reliable and world class service oriented car hire

outfits that have their presence both in the local and

international airports in Lagos, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt

respectively. They provide us with brand new, fully air

conditioned automobiles of all classes for the comfort

of our clients at a moment’s notice.

These providers have a combined fleet of over 1,000

(one thousand) vehicles of various classes at their

disposal.

Tour Logistics

Requests for group movements , facility tours, excursions,

executive group tours and mass transit of staff of clients

Abiola Lawal (Chairman )

Mr. Abiola Lawal is an experienced senior manager in multiple industries ranging from Energy, Power, Aviation, Technology and Financial Industries. He worked in broad segment of the Energy value chain from – Upstream to Downstream. He also worked in several aspects of the Aviation industry in the United States covering air and ground transfer, logistics, ticketing and general airline operations working for Skywest Airlines in Los Angeles International Airport, in California, USA. Between 1991 and 1995.

Mr. Lawal has over 20 years senior level experience in strategic, operational and financial processes. He most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of a publicly quoted Amex/NYSE company. Previous to that, Mr. Lawal was the Exec. Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for CIL, a $1.5B annual Turnover Energy Conglomerate based in USA and Nigeria.

He was a Co-founder, Vice Chairman and CEO of Innovatum Technologies - an integrated technology company.

He also served as Group Chief Strategy Officer, Oando Plc., a $3Billion annual turnover integrated oil and gas company and was Director of several of Oando subsidiaries such as Gaslink Nig. Ltd. Oando Ghana, Eastern Horizon Gas. And Oando Gas and Power.

Mr. Lawal has over a decade of experience serving on corporate boards or interacting with board members at senior management levels; including board-level experience in the areas of strategy, business development, finance and capital allocation. In addition to his professional pedigree, Mr. Lawal holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), California, USA. He also holds a Bachelor of science (B.sc)degree in economics from the university of Ilorin, Nigeria.

Sherif Lawal (Director/ Country manager)

Lawal sherif is a part owner, director and the country manager of Ashton and Dave Travels and Holidays.

Lawal Sherif Gbolahan worked in the manpower and career development division of United Bank of Africa (UBA) between 1995 and 1997.He is a graduate of Banking and Finance in Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU).

In 2005,He worked with Amb. John Fashanu, CEO Tyre Protector Nigeria and as Operations Director, Zyrex Product Inc. He joined Ashton & Dave Travels and Holidays, a travel management company in 2007 as the Business Development Manager and later elevated as a director to date.

He is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a final stage candidate. He also had a diploma in Banking and Finance department of Lagos State Polytechnic. Lawal Sherif is a director in Innovatum Technology, a solution company. He is also a director in Helico, an aviation company. He is presently running his MBA in Business Administration Department of University of Lagos.(UNILAG),2011/2012

Oyebanji Oguntoye, (Financial Controller)

Mr Oyebanji Oguntoye is a an Associate Chartered Accountant with over 13 years experience in Auditing, Internal Control , Finance and Operations. He was recently the COO for True Tales Publication and Press Ltd. Prior to this, he worked with Intercontinental Homes Savings & Loans Ltd as Head, Internal Control as well as the Treasury and Strategy departments. He was also a Regional Finance Manager with Tantalizers Ltd a leading Nigerian fast food restaurant chain . He had also worked with Doyin Group of companies, a foremost and indigenous Manufacturing Group as a team leader in the Internal Control Department.

Onabanjo Olanrewaju (Head, Business Development/Protocol)

Mr. Onabanjo Olanrewaju is the head of business development with over 15 years of experience in the

travel industry. He has worked at various times as a ticketing and reservation agent in Biscordint Travels ;

Skyways Travels and Tours and as a customer relations/service personnel at China Southern

Airline. He is grounded in the specialized field of travel logistics which include coordination and routing

of clients’ airport transfers, protocol services and passenger handing having worked at Europ Car Nigeria

and Alto –Vista Logistics as operations manager. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics

and transport (Nigeria).

Folashade Salman (Head, Reservations & Customer service)

Salman Folashade is an International Air Travels Association (IATA ) Diploma certificate

holder whose specialty is in Travel services Management. She had a very broad experience in the travel industry as she been in the business for over 13 years taking courses, seminars and forums relating to airline reservations and ticketing, customer service, accounting , team building and effective communication skills

• Oladosu Ebenezer Oluwatosin (Head, HR/IT)

Oladosu Ebenezer Oluwatosin - Joined Ashton and Dave in 2012 as the Admin/IT Officer. Due to his vast experience in core Information Technology/ Administrative procedures coupled with the knowledge of Amadeus PNR & FARE acquired, he was promoted to be the HR/IT Manager in January, 2014.

He is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with (B.SC) in Computer science.
