It was almost two decades back in 1993 when an organisation by the name of Hi-Tech was conceived and

founded. The initial investment and scale of operation were very modest. It was the zeal and dynamism in

approach and honesty at the core of business values that defined the progressive growth path.

Since then the organisation has taken great strides ahead and today stands at the fore-front of Indian Sugar

Plant manufacturers. The organisation has developed core competency in execution of turn-key engineering

projects and has over the years devloped a successful and unmatched track record in comprehensive project

execution and coordination in a well defined time-frame.

Having created a niche for ourselves in the Indian sugar industry and having made its presence felt in the

African continent, the organisation has created a "Special Product Division" to look for diversifying group

activities which specifically includes "Civil sector" with a view to provide single-window solutions for all

turn-key jobs, in addition to other end engineering solutions.

The organisation draws its strength from its highly experienced and qualified staff of 225 professionals as

well as a devoted 550 semi-skilled and skilled work-force.

TURNKEY SUGAR PLANT

With a view to provide a single Window solution for an integrated Sugar Complex to our customers, we have added EPC solutions for alcohol and industrial grade Ethanol to our wide range of expertise. In collaboration with world leaders in this field, we offer latest technologies available globally- be it low pressure distillation, molecular sieve separation etc.

Core competence of Hi TECH is Designing, Manufacturing, Supply, erection and commissioning of complete sugar complexes comprising of sugar factory/ Refinery, Co- Generation Project and Ethanol plants.

The latest such project successfully put in operation comprises of 7500 TSD sugar refinery with Co- Generation of 40 MW and Ethanol plant at Sai Krupa Sugar Factory, Maharashtra, India.

TURNKEY SWITCHYARD

Hi TECH has demonstrated its capabilities in execution of large Co Generation Projects by designing and executing sub stations up to 40 MW for Co-generation units inclusive

of HT transmission lines up to 10 KMs.

BOILER & COGENERATION

Hi TECH has to its credit introduction of the concept of

High pressure single drum, Multi fuel industrial boilers to the sugar

industry in India.

Hi TECH has deigned manufactured and commissioned the largest Bagasse fired a single drum boiler having a capacity of

180 TPH operating at 110 bar and 540 ° C temp.

� Inline Planetary Gear Box. Our clients got benefited by Power Savings, Installation cost reduction,

� Cane Mills Driven by ACVFD motor, inline planetary Gear box and rope coupling.

� Designed and commissioned 45” x 90”; 42” x 84”; 36” x 66”; 36” x 78”; 30” x 60” size Milling

tandems.

� Largest Bagasse Fired Single drum High Pressure Boiler of 180 TPH capacity, Pr. 110 bars &
