PROJECT BACKGROUND:-

TO GET TO KNOW THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MECHANICAL BRANCH IN CIT.

TO KNOW THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE BRANCH.

Objectives:-By this presentation we will get to know about the performance of mechanical branch in CIT.

The problems faced by the students and teachers in studying.

Achievements of our branch.

Methodology & Strategy :-• Individual meet to some students

and faculties.• Studying the performance (marks)

secured by the students, and knowing the reason behind the poor students.

• Getting the suggestions.• Making some pie charts and table of

the performance.• Knowing extra achievements by the

studentsEtc….

Constraints - Issues & Risks

Meet with teachers during the period hours will not be so easy.

Students may give fake feedbacks.

Communication :-

• Mails to be sent to branch faculties to have a small meet.

• Questionnaires to be made for the students, so that we can get the feedbacks.

• Tips to be taken from the rankers and the faculties.
