To be successful in corporate life, mere technical qualification & knowledge are not sufficient. It is the Soft Skills+ which are making the difference in employees’ performance, though Technical Qualification & Knowledge are essential for getting a job

knowledge’s Importance in the job market is <20% and in the competitive and global economy, Soft Skills+’ importance is increasing further day by day.

These Soft Skills+ are neither taught in any school, college or University nor measureable but play a vital role in employees’ career.

Some Soft Skills+ are born with, some self develop themselves with experience and some acquired through training, workshop and seminars.

He further made analysis of the reasons for rejection by the corporate. Based on these analyses, he feels that time has come now that employee should start investing on themselves for their Soft Skills+ development rather than expecting employer to invest on them.
