ACTION (Sample Program)“ACTION” is one of our flagship “Entratrainment” workshop that lets a participant experience and learn various aspects of effective communication, releasing stress, working in teams through participation in drama based techniques to transform and inspire in your professional and personal life.
Topics covered include interesting activities in the areas of excellence in changing and challenging environment; power of body language in non-verbal communication and decisive leadership.
This is also a form of “Invisible Theatre” which involves participants in “Action” without their realizing it. Participants are more of “spect actors” or rather the active spectators of a theatrical performance / piece which leads to learning in “real life” as the participants are real, the incidents are real and the reactions are real.

A manufacturing industry veteran and accomplished leader with over 35 years of experience. He retired as General Manager from Godrej and Boyce Ltd . He is a Mechanical Engineer from COEP, Pune and has attended several programs with IIM Ahmedabad, Royal Peacock, various national and international conferences.
He is an avid reader and a “life long student” as he often quotes.

Mr B M Jadhav is associated with Sadagamay as Consultant.
Mr. Jadhav has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and is a qualified Management Graduate in the field of Marketing. After having worked in the private sector for some time, he felt the need of building a performance driven culture in Government and Public Enterprises.
Accordingly, he joined the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) in early 1990s. He held various senior level positions in the Corporation over the years and was responsible for implementation of various best practices, accountability and performance driven approach. He was posted at various MSRTC depots in Maharashtra during his career and was responsible for turning them around to make them profitable and high performing.
One of his core competencies is building high performing and effective teams; which by no means is an easy task in a Government Enterprise. In the final leg of his engagement with MSRTC, he was heading the largest training institute of MSRTC at Bhosari in Pune for 3 consecutive years. He is currently posted as a consultant with NMMTC and has been instrumental in bringing about exemplary changes to build an efficient transport network.
