Maverick Entrepreneurs’ Overview – $6M Equity Raise As of March 2016
1. Proof of Concept (POC) Completed March 2016 Tampa/St. Petersburg FL – Please Note: Maverick’s whole POC was done by Erica Drake alone with only the part-time help from Maverick’s other Executive Team Members who currently remain employed at other executive positions until its $6M funding is complete. Using only 1 local Meetup Group® (now with 350+ members) for marketing (at a total
cost of less than $50), Drake recruited, sold, and trained 60 Entrepreneurs with 6 different boot camps (10 each). These entrepreneurs came in from the local Tampa area, as well as flying in from California, NY, Alaska, and Texas to attend Maverick’s 3-Day Live boot camps.
Maverick already has Revenue of $60,000+ from these boot camps
Maverick has been hosting bi-weekly free training for its Entrepreneurs and Graduates (entrepreneurs who take the boot camp) for over a year now as part of this POC
Out of 60 deals, Maverick has assisted its Entrepreneurs in obtaining 16 different term sheets (in excess of $100M), of which 5 have already closed funding.
Maverick has also assisted one deal (entrepreneur) in obtaining a verbal commitment on a very large funding ($167M), of which Maverick already owns 20% equity (for services rendered) and will earn a 5% success fee (equal to $8.35M). (See Utopia Amusements, LLC) This could close in as soon as 90-120 days.
