The master plan was created to guide future development of this proposed community. Positioned between two growing communities, the project required significant coordination between the jurisdictions. The diverse community plan includes schools, a senior living campus, mixed-use commercial spaces, varying housing types interconnected via pedestrian green spaces and trails throughout. Sustainable design principles, walk-ability and the aforementioned easy access to green space from nearly all residential lots is integrated into the project.
