The diverse community plan includes schools, a senior living campus, mixed-use commercial spaces, varying housing types interconnected via pedestrian green spaces and trails throughout. Sustainable design principles, walk-ability and the aforementioned easy access to green space from nearly all residential lots is integrated into the project.
