Cor-Tech Engineering is a Tier –one supplier and manufacturer of light, medium, and heavyequipment. For more than a decade we have been providing complex and precision machined components, light metal fabrications, assemblies, and elements to produce heavyassemblies and precision-machined metal fabrications to customer speci�cation.

At Cor-tech, we understand the need for modernization and we have continuously invested in state of the art machinery. This allows us to be leaders in prototype development, enablesus to tackle complex projects, while still delivering timeously to our customers, nevercompromising on quality.

We operate an in house quality assurance program which conforms in all aspects tointernational standards. All procedures and testing are in strict conformance to qualityplans, prepared to suit client requirements. In addition our welding procedure iscerti�ed by the SAIW. ISO 9001:2008. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certi�ed organization.

Bearing housingsWe manufacture a variety of different bearing housings for the mining industry, from cast iron, special steels and other materials.

Hydraulic EquipmentOur hydraulic equipment manufacturing includes all standard hydraulic components like couplings, cylinders and pistons. All Hydraulic components & assemblies are tested and certified at our in-house testing facility

Raised Boring EquipmentThe raised boring equipment we manufacture for the mining industry includes; drilling shells, shafts and various other parts and components

BushesThe variety of bushes we manufacture may include oil groves and holes. The Bushes are manufactured out of various materials including; Hardened steels, Vesconite, Toughmet, Bronze as per your requirement or application.

Steering LeversWe fabricate a variety of machined steering levers for continuous miners and other heavy duty mining vehicles.

ShaftsWe are uniquely qualified to machine any shaft no matter the complexity, time-line or accuracy needed. We work exactly to your specifications. We can machine shafts up to 3m (Three meters) in length and can include complex shapes and key-ways.

Custom ProductsOur custom products are manufacturedaccording to our customer specifications.These include simple fabrications for massproduction as well as intricate designs forcustom applications.

5 Axis MachiningCor-Tech is in the process of purchasing a 5 axis machine.

Our new 5 -axis machine will enable us tobe competitive in the market on all levels and will enable us to expand our current o�ering further, providing engineering solutions on the next level.

Deep Drilling Cor-Tech has Deep Drilling facilities up to 640mm deep, using diameter 8 drill to 11 drill. This facility is ideal for drilling long shafts and is another speciality procedure provided by Cor-Tech.

Wire CutterCor-Tech invested in a Sodick Wire Cutting Machine. This enables us to cut any component with intricate shapes and forms that is otherwise di�cult to machine with a CNC machining center.

In-house TestingOur in house quality assurance program conforms to international standards, with all procedures and testing being in strict conformance to quality plans. Our welding procedure is certi�ed by the SAIW. ISO 9001:2008

Reverse EngineeringOur process of Reverse engineering does not only analyse all aspects of any manufactured component, part or product but also includes the remodelling in CAD.
