Recent Payrolls show your last 5 payrolls and their current status. By clicking on a payroll number (PR#), details for that payroll are provided.

My Payroll is your access to processing payrolls. You can start a new payroll or pickup where you left off of one in progress.

The tabbed interface make navigation easy.

The Employee List allows you to sort, filter, and browser

through your employees.

Choose a sort order and include

filter

Click on an employee to edit.

The General Tab displays the

employee’s name, address, etc.

A second row of tabs gives you

quick access to all this employee’s

information.

Required fields are underlined.

The employee being edited is

clearly marked.



Track raise dates for up to 3 rates.

Extra Federal Withholding can be

a flat amount or a percent.

Employees with tax exemptions are

easily setup.

Rates & Taxes

Local taxes are easily defaulted.



Unlimited scheduled pays are

available.

Clicking on a scheduled pay

displays the details for that

processing payrolls.

The details of your 30-day Outlook are

displayed.

Payroll Home

Calculate and store manual checks.

Quick access to company contacts,

reminders, attendance

records, and jobs.



Starting a new payroll is as easy, and you can have as many payrolls needed per day.

Direct Deposit can be turned off for

the entire payroll.

Your default delivery method is displayed, but can

be changed as needed.

Starting a New Payroll

Dates are automatically

updated for you.



The next step in processing a payroll is to

choose which employees to pay.

Both lists can be sorted several

orders.

Scheduled pays, deductions, and

default hours are optional by employee.

Choosing Employees to Pay

To pay terminated employees, just

pick them from the list.

Employees to choose from are on

the left, chosen employees are on

the right.

There are multiple ways to choose employees: in

batch, one at a time, or all.



Each check is displayed in grid-

style for easy data entry, and can be

sorted as needed..

The grid can be customized to

show particular earnings for each

employee.

Entering Check Data

Once checks are created, you can then enter hours

and other details.

Complete details for each check can be

displayed.



Taxes and net can be calculated.

Unlimited Deductions are

available.

Check properties tell how the check will calculate and

process.

Editing Check Details

Unlimited earnings are available.



Once all checks are entered, totals can

be calculated for reference before

submitting.

Viewing a complete check

register is a click away.

Viewing Payroll Totals

If the register looks good, just

click Submit and you are finished!



The Reports tab is your access to all

reports, current and historical.

Reports are grouped into

categories for easy browsing.

Requesting Reports

Each report has a description, so no

guessing required.



All reports requested are

listed for viewing.

Reports view in Adobe Acrobat format and are

identical to those printed and

delivered.
