With version 8 of the Palm-Tech app you are able to copy and paste lines. This is a great option if you need to add something to your report that isn’t

already a part of your template.

1. Have the category open on the app that contains the line you want to copy.

2. Press and hold your finger down on the line you want to copy until the edit icons

appear. In this example we'll copy the Deck line.

3. Tap the ‘Copy’ icon.

4. Next, press and hold your finger down on the line you want the new line to

appear after. This will bring up the edit icons.

5. Tap the ‘Paste’ icon.

6. The line has been successfully copied and pasted and we now have the Deck line

in the inspection twice.

7. At this point, if you want to rename the line simply press and hold your finger

down to bring up the edit icons and then tap on the 'Rename' icon.

8. Type the text in for the new line item and tap ‘Save’.

9. The renamed line now appears in the report.
