Problem Statement • Younger generations are not environmentally active (as shown by a study conducted

by the American Psychological Association)"Researchers found that of the

three young generations surveyed — Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials — the generation that showed the greatest disinterest in environmental protection was

millennials. Fifteen percent said they had made no effort to help the environment, compared with 8% of young Gen Xers and 5% of young Baby Boomers."

• Users can share creative environmental tips and ideas or environmental concerns

• User can view other users' ideas

• Includes tip of the day or a fun fact

• Eco friendly product of the day (advertising for revenue)

App Description: Interactive Games• Users become aware of the environment through picking up trash

and recyclables and avoiding animals.• Three interactive games with multiple levels:

o Bike- a- Thono Marathon (future addition)o Scuba Diving (future addition)

Competitor Analysis • Competitor Earth Friend and Polar Plunder's does not have any

environmentally educational value.. • Competitor Green Me is very individualized and is centered around

the user instead of the community.

Revenue Stream and Cost• Even though our app is free of charge,the means for Cash Flow are:

Product placement • Interactive games • Product of the Day

• Get our product out to the public in the first year with a loss in revenue. • Future Plan (After sustaining customer stability)
