Delivery of the the first post flood image (COSMO-SkyMed 27/11/2012), available for flood analysisRadar images are not of immediate understanding, need interpretation……but GIO Emergency Provider has the skills to extract information……and put it in a user friendly fashion: a MAP combining reference data with crisis information.
