Project Contracting

• The division undertakes the Air conditioning Contracts for the Design, Supply, installation and commissioning of AC equipments.

Having fully equipped workshop and installation setup unit located at 33-34, Ajit Arcade, Kailash Colony, South Delhi with all modern equipments under the supervision of qualified and experienced staff to meet any type of work within a specified period of time.

Some of the major ongoing and executed projects include multi-storey residential and commercial buildings, offices, villas etc.

We have partnered with all leading brands like LG, Daikin, ETA General, Carrier and Carrier Midea with whom we have been associated during these years.

We are also the contract dealers of above mentioned brands in Delhi.

Annual Maintenance Contracts •Our AMC division specializes in providing preventive maintenance and

periodical servicing of Air Conditioning equipment under Annual maintenance

Contract for shopping malls, industrial establishments, residential buildings and

villas etc...

This division also undertakes repair and rectification of all types of AC

equipments like VRV units, ducted split, packaged, Cassette units, Hiwall Split

units, Window type etc.

We have trained and dedicated facilities management team who can be

stationed at the site in order to render the maintenance jobs promptly and

effectively.

Why Cool Breeze…..???

• We follow the proper process of Nitrogen Flushing of Field Piping after Looping one end, till contamination is fully removed. Checking presence of any foreign objects like Sand, Water, Insects, Nest or any other contaminants is an essential part. This activity is processed before connection of any coil.

• Ensuring the duly assigned installation of both Indoor & Outdoor Units with Spirit Level gauge is our main task.

• Like nobody else in the market, we properly integrate field piping using Tie knots, Clamps & Supports for both Drain and Copper Tubes without pleats and leaks.

• Our technicians and Engineers Tie knotting near Flair nut insulation for avoiding contact with Copper Pipes. Tape joints on Nitrile Insulation joints is never missed.

• Cool Breeze believe in Minimal Wire joints in exposed / unexposed Installation.

• A compulsory process which we follow :

• Nitrogen Pressure Testing on flair nuts & couplers with detergent solutions with bubble check after connection of Indoor Units with Outdoor Units with Min. 400 psig pressure & ½ hr. pressure hold through Pressure Gauge.

• Oil Traps , on every 5 rmt, on both the lines if Outdoor Unit is placed on the terrace.

• Minimal Brazing joints so as to improve the efficiency of the Ai conditioner.

• V.I Pads on the Outdoor Stands are a must in every Installation.

• Drain leak check with at least 3ltrs water. Special attention for concealed prior piping by builders.

• Evacuation of Sealed system for Minimum ½ Hr.

• For Inverter 410 models Nitrogen bleeding must while brazing.
