Introduction

• This magazine has the purpose to inform people about certain topics of food, that people surely are not watching too much, keeping some recommendations for dishes, showing a diversity of them in a easy way to understand it.

• Also it comes with singular information about diet, how it is important in a daily basis, and the troubles that can cause the consumption of food with trans fat and other unhealthy food.

ingredients: - Crackers Mary's;- butter.- 2 large mangoes.- 1 can condensed milk.- Refractory aluminum.- 1 can evaporated milk - 1 large cream cheese- 2 packets of gelatin-1 can media cream.

Preparation:

1-It crackers even empty container, blend until it is finite, mixed with butter, and placed in a refractory form, there to give the shape you want for the pay.

2 - Peel the mangoes and the pulp is

separated from the bone, then liquefied mango pulp with milk and cheese, then dilute the gelatin in a little water until it is hot dissolved joins the blender and mix with the other ingredients and smoothies.

3- Takes the refrigerant and when this medium curd is removed and placed over one thin layer of half cream and brings back to the refrigerator until you finish curdle, then is finally ready to serve.

Tips:

Do not let the gelatin cool before melting it with the other ingredients, may be check balls and curdle not pay well.

It is recommended that when you put the refractory refrigerator is placed on a flat, to avoid spilling the contents, and at the end be malformed.

Recoemendaciones:

At the end you can decorate it with cream frosting and chunks of mango, or any other fruit you want.

A taste of history:Savillum

• There are some recipes that are being done since a long time, this is the case of the Savillum or Italian Cheesecake. It’s similar to the actual cheesecake but it has some ingredients that make it a special recipe to taste.

• This cheesecake is unique in a way that Italian people put a lot of effort to realize it since it was invented in the ancient Italy , it shows a unique flavor and it makes it a singular one.

This are the ingredients that you need to

• 10–20 bay leaves

• 3 beaten eggs

• 8 ounces of ricotta cheese

• 1/2 cup of honey

• 2 teaspoons of orange zest

• 1/2 of orange juiced

• 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

• Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line the bottom of a pan with the bay leaves until it covers it completely. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the ricotta, honey, orange zest and the juice. Slowly stir in the flour until it’s incorporated. Gently pour the batter over the bay leaves in the spring-form pan. Place inside a roasting pan and fill with water until halfway up the pan. Bake until browned for about 30 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate and serve warm.

• Remember this as a part of something that has been eaten since a long time, it sounds strange but it passes through history, isn’t it great?!.

That is why you should avoid as much as possible the consumption of fat, startingeating healthy and tasty meals, such as salads, steamed food, fruits, vegetables,etc.

Facts about trans fat and how you can evade it from a daily basis.

Some people actually don’t know about trans fat, others do but even though it is a fact that most of us don’t have a diet like we should. But there is an important thing here, trans fat are forbidden from some products since it is really hard for our bodies to process them.

Actually there are several kinds of cooking oil, other healthier fat that make our dishes look well and some times taste better, they are not really expensive, so it’s to know that healthy food is not going to get empty our wallets.

But the question is, if trans fat are bad, why would it be used in a lot of products?.

Well, this is because it is really cheaper for companies to use it, several products still uses them, but it’s good to know that things we use at home like bread, are not using trans fat anymore.

As it seems it seems like a perfect option to like without unhealthy food, but it’s a hard way to have a diet, evading things such as pizza, hamburger or anything you like. Try to eat healthier food, having a preloaded diet with permissions, so you can have several food but having options in case you can’t get an specific ingredient or dish and modifying it in case you need it.

Places to have a great lunch while going on the road.

Applebee’s:A centralistic place, where you can enjoy a diverse amount of dishes from chicken in BBQ sauce, to certain steaks and deserts to enjoy if you’re going out of school or work.

• Placed at Blvd. Francisco L. Montejano 1066 it is a place near the hotels zone, where tourists usually stay for a while.

Sakura restaurant: A modern place where a great quality sushi is made, is a great place to stop if you want to stay for a while with friends or partners, where the Tepanyaki and Sakura are the specialties of the place.

• Placed at Blvd. Lazaro Cardenas it is one of the most known places in the city, where you can stop for a while to have some great sushi.

Las Brasas steakhouse: A good place to eat several styles of grilled meat, surely this is not food from the state but the dishes are good qualified for a good amount of people at the city, prices are a little expensive considering other places, but the place and ambient there is appropriate to have a great lunch. • Placed at several locations at the city, it is

accessible to get there at the most common and transited roads of Mexicali.

There are several places where you can eat at, depending on which position they are placed, is how much do people know about, but then there are some people that doesn’t really know where to go when going on the road, while shopping or on the go during lunch or rest. This places are some of the most common and adequate for some situations and tastes of various kinds of food, from Chinese food, to BBQ wings and more.Starting at central places:

Kobu Restaurant: A place with a Japanese fusion style food, where people actually consider as a number one of its style, a good service and the awesome combination of quality food and great services makes this place adequate to go at many occasions, as actually prices are not really high overpriced.

In ‘n Out: This is a regular place to eat hamburgers, but there is actually a taste caller to some people, the food served attracts people looking for a non-expensive, good taste and well sized hamburgers, not to forgot to mention that there are some other snacks if you want an alternative or a desert.
