Cookies of Sobrasada and Manchego cheese Ingredients: 50 gr Sobrasada from Mallorca Olmeda Orígenes 175 gr Manchego Cheese Olmeda Orígenes 20 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Orígenes 1/2 small spoon Smoked hot spicy paprika 40 gr butter 120 gr all purpose flour Directions: 1. Blend the butter with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sobrasada from Mallorca and shredded Manchego cheese 2. Add half spoon of Smoked hot spicy paprika and the flour and mix very well with hands 3. Knead a little to form a ball. At the beginning its a bit sandy but little by little everything is integrated 4. Keep the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour 5. Remove from the fridge and with a roller extend it 6. Cut the open dough with a cutter 7. Cook in preheated oven at 180º C for 1215 minutes 8. Done!! Cookies of Sobrasada and Manchego cheese
