How to make a…
HEALTHY MEAL
YOU WILL NEED: Bread
Crabmeat
Lettuce
Cup of Water
Honey
Lemon Squeezer
String Cheese Scrambled
Eggs
FIRSTSlice the bread into 2, then put in the rest of the ingredients in
between the 2 slices.
NOW FOR THE DRINK…Slice the lemon into 2.
THEN…Squeeze the lemon juice out. Squeeze the juice out of both
slices…
AFTERWARDSPour the juice into a cup and add water to it.
NOW…Add honey to the mixture.
YAY!Now you should have your very own sandwich and lemonade!
This meal had ingredients that went into 4 out of the 6 food groups. It had:Grains (the bread), vegetable (lettuce), milk (egg and cheese), meat (crabmeat and the scrambled egg)The sandwich is a meal that can be made with many ingredients. These there are sandwiches that only have vegetables in them. The sandwich is easy to make, you can just “shove” ingredients into the bread.There were not a lot of sugars in my meal. The only sweet ingredient I used was natural honey. (Hint* Honey does not have sugar in it) The drink was healthy because it was not made out of the artificial powders. It was “homemade”. I made sure all the ingredients were healthy.
