◦ Provide or facilitate adequate technology equipment in schools to attain 1:1 computing or use of digital devices where appropriate and with adequate support and training

◦ Evaluate and implement digital textbooks and on line resources which can be delivered via low cost mobile devices

◦ Increase bandwidth between the district and the Internet from a single 100MB pathway to multiple 1 GB pathways.
