The SSAB Case

Situation & Challenges:• Second largest emitter of CO2 emission in

Sweden (> 2 mega tonnes/year)• Unused potential to re-use 2,6 TWh/year• Ramification of our EU commitment• Multi stakeholder co-operation necessary,

but lack of clear ownership

Action so far & Next Steps:• Multi stakeholder meeting January 2008
