His practice includes arthroscopic treatment and joint replacement/ reconstruction of the shoulder as well as all aspects of the hand. Dr. Susan Graham Kaleida Health TOPIC: Post-acute care of the cardiac patient specifically CHF, MI and CABG. Susan Graham, MD is a practicing Cardiologist based at Buffalo General and Gates Vascular Institute. She cares for patients admitted to cardiology critical care, inpatient cardiology and inpatient consultation. She has administrative duties that focus on the care of the cardiac patients at Kaleida Health and helps lead the collaborative efforts of more than 50 cardiologists to improve the quality of patient care and patient outcomes. Dr. Maurice Hourihane Dent Neurologic Institute TOPIC: Parkinson’s and Neurodegenerative Conditions Dr. Hourihane serves as an Attending Neurologist at DENT, where his focus is on seeing Stroke and Alzheimer’s patients. He has formal training from his native Ireland in internal medicine and neuropathology, and while at Massachusetts General Hospital he completed a neurology residency, where he served as chief resident. Bennett is a Clinical Professor of Rehabilitation Science and department of Neurology at the University at Buffalo, and an associate in the UB Neurosurgery department. She holds a BS degree in physical therapy, Masters of Science in Health Science Education, Doctor of Education degree in Health Behavioral Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
