Cartography and Cadastre. ProjectsSince 1985 Seresco has been providing Cadastral Management services in rural renovation projects, urban updates, file processing, customer service, etc. to the Ministry of Finace through its Regional offices and directly to the Directorate General for Cadastre.These services have been carried out in Ávila, Asturias, Pontevedra, Cantabria, Lugo, Orense, A Coruña, León, Palencia, Zamora, Burgos, Baleares, Huelva, Badajoz, La Rioja, Teruel and Málaga.

Aerial photography, in-field topographic support, digital photogrammetric plotting, editing cartography, obtaining digital terrain models, generation of orthophotos.1:1000, 1:5000 and 1:10000 scale mapping of Soria, Zamora, Burgos, Segovia and Ávila.

Integrated research and rising property taxes campaigns for the Ecuador predial information System modernization.Total properties: 424.900.Total Hectares: 2.035.326.

Cartographic expansion service based on cartography to the scale of 1:5.000 and the structure of the National Geographic Institute´s Digital Topographic Data Base to the scale of 1:25.000.

Production of the topographic map to the scale of 1:5.000 and 1:1.000 for some areas of the Souss Massa Pra (Morocco). It is a jointly financed project with the European Regional Development Fund.

Training. Project

Medium and Higher Vocational Training courses specialized in Computing, Telecommunications and Administration and Finance.Over 30,000 students since 1970.

A Collaborating Center of the National Employment Institute since 1989. We participate in the development of the National Plan for Training and Professional Integration, aimed at unemployed workers registered with the INEM Employment offices. The approved specialization is related to Administration and Offices, Commerce, Business Services, Insurance and Finance, etc.About 15/20 courses per year have been offered in recent years.

Management and implementation of individual or collective training plans for employed workers. Specific training activities developed for each entity, whether public or private, and according to your requirements.

Distance learning based on ICT and tutorial support. Seresco Vocational School has an e-Learning platform for the development of such training activities.

Consulting and Software. ProjectsArcelorMittal Group.European supplier of the ArcelorMittal Group. Carrying out maintenance work in its applications park in the “nearshore” mode from our development centers in Oviedo and Vigo.The project covers all technologies available in the different factories and transverse systems (COBOL, Pacbase, SAP ABAP, JEE, .NET, Business Objects, …). For 2015, a work volume of between 45,000 and 50,000 hours is predicted.

Xunta de Galicia (Galicia Regional Government).Maintenance of the Integrated Management System of the Department of Rural Development. This system represents the management core of the Department, and it allows for management of agricultural holdings, applications for aid, tracking and control of livestock production and, in general, support of agricultural policies established in the Autonomous Community. The system is supported by multiple technologies, from C++ to Java in the most recent modules. For the year 2015, a work volume of between 50,000 and 60,000 hours is predicted.

Fondo Español de Garantía Agraria – FEGA (Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund , an Organization depending on the Ministry of Agriculture).Customized development of an inspection system in the field that allows for verification at ground level of the aid applications associated with the Community's agricultural policy. This system is national in scope and is used by hundreds of inspectors during the processing period of these aids. It is developed based on ESRI technology for the Geographic Information System, complemented with developments in .NET and Java for alphanumeric processing.

Principality of Asturias.Maintenance of the Agriculture Management System of the Department of Rural Development. This system supports the agricultural policies defined in the Autonomous Community. It was originally developed based on Oracle Developer technology, but in 2014 SERESCO undertook a project in technology modernization, involving the migration of the whole previous functioning to the Java environment. For 2015 a work volume of 32,000 hours is predicted.
