We also fetch the course plan, and evaluate it
Step – 1: How do we decide a Course?

Step – 4: First level Review – ID
After the course is send by the instructor the ID allotted for a Course evaluates the content on the following parameters:
► The ID checks for plagiarism using various plagiarism online tools
► The ID checks the content for the elements, i.e., whether all the elements are intact and each topic has “why”, “what”, “where” and “how” component
► The ID also looks into the diagrams/changes that needs to be done/made from design perspective
► ID evaluates the quality of quiz questions
In case, any of the above conditions are found negative, the content is sent back to the instructor with inputs.
Step – 5: Second Level Review – RA
The course is then passed from the ID (after the 1st level of review) to the RA allotted for that course where it is reviewed technically:
► The RA checks the depth and width of the topics being included
► The RA fixes the small gaps and missing elements
► The RA runs all the programs/codes in the modules (from PPT, assignment, assignment solution)
► The RA evaluates the quality of the quiz and reports the errors
► The RA helps the ID to make the content interactive and interesting, should share relevant Information on the course
In case there are any major changes reported by the RA, the content is send back to the instructor to fix
Step – 6: Design Stage – 1 – ID
After the RA gives a sign off, the content is designed by the ID. The ID ensures the following aspects:
► The ID starts the templatization and enhancement of the PPT and elements
► The ID works on creating the images (in skillspeed format) and framing the content
► The ID ensures all the slides in the PPT are updated
► The ID creates all the interactive elements with RA’s help
Step – 7: Design Stage – 2 – Review – ID
After the Content is Enhanced and Templatized. The ID checks for the following
► The basic grammar/formatting and the error’s
► The Review (includes going through the content once and fixing the errors)
► For any technical discrepancies (if spotted) the ID fixes it with RA’s help
Step – 8: Release
After the Content is Enhanced, Templatized and reviewed (both formatting and technically). The content is released and the following process is followed:
► The final content is updated on drive (we will be getting SVN shortly)
► The final content is updated in wistia
► The final content is updated in LMS
The content is deployed to the learners (through LMS) and and we send a copy to the instructor (for now).
Step – 9: Fix Reported Bugs
After the content is enhanced, templatized and reviewed (both formatting and technically). The content is released and the following process is followed:
► We (allotted person) attend the classes and spot the errors
► We track the BUGS reported by our learners and maintain a track to fix it
Step – 9: Fix Reported Bugs
After the content is enhanced, templatized and reviewed (both formatting and technically). The content is released and the following process is followed:
► We (allotted person) attend the classes and spot the errors
► We track the BUGS reported by our learners and maintain a track to fix it
Step – 10: Update
After we fix the content Bugs, the ID deploy the updated content and makes the changes in all locations of the existing file in the next iteration
Other Processes
With following the above content processes of course development, we adhere to the following processes:
We have built an Image repository Course Plan Updates BUG Tracking Content Enhancements and Research
We have not missed out the inhouse made images and aim at reusing the same. We have a image repository and a tracker updated. We ensure we increase the repository and maintain it – It is created on Drive
For every course we start, we have a Course plan which tracks the dates for the progress and completion of the course. It is created on Drive
We have a BUG Tracker which tracks all the errors/changes reported in the field and we ensure it’s resolved
With time, we aim to enhance the content. We research on making it better and interactive
