ABOUT COMPANY

IMC Montan is an independent international consulting group providing services in such areas as mineral geology, miningand processing. The Company launched its business in Russia in 1992.

Area of activities: all solid minerals. Main services: mine audit, engineering and technical consulting. The principal legal entity: IMC Montan, Moscow, including Profit Centre, an operating unit of DMT and WYG.

IMC Montan operates in Russia, CIS countries and Mongolia through the Russian entity – IMC Montan LLC, with IMCMontan Ltd. (UK) being its founder. The Russian managers have the right to act on behalf of both companies. DMT GmbH &Co Kg (Germany, www.dmt-group.com) and WYG International (UK, www.wyg.com ), in their turn, are equal co-foundersof IMC Montan Ltd.
