the data
keep in mind: people will be biased if your prototype did not work wellideas seem less good if you can’t explain themgoing forward we are refining one idea to be closer to being a real product
fully bubble scores do not circle
or give half scores 5 is strongly yes
3 is probably yes2 is probably no 0 is definitely no
don’t marry an ideadesign is for other people, not yourselflisten to feedback
I could foresee this being a successful product (if the team takes into account this feedback)
This prototype is well executed
contributes to grade (sum of both models - total score out of 10)
determines next direction~25 reviews per team

1. unpack/discuss feedback/check notebooks 2. think through your redesign3. yo wan*4. team roles5. make a gantt chart6. code of conduct update
today’s plan
first let’s look at what ideas the reviewers prefer
*ritual "YO WAN” after team members have come to consensus on a general direction for moving forward - they all hold their hands in front of them at waist level with palms up. The team chants YO...WAN while simultaneously bringing the hands together in a clapping motion at chest height. The WAN syllable coincides with the clap. The chant is a good reflection of the group’s problem solving effort and commitment to the chosen direction.

everyone can and should still help each other and work on other aspects but now we are declaring some deeper distribution of responsibilities*an upper level product design major should probably be the ID lead*an upper level engineering major should probably be the engineering lead*a business/retail related major should probably take the market research lead*someone with strong graphic skills and ideally Keynote should take the presentation lead
