WHY CONSTITUTION DAY?

On December 8, 2004 Public Law 108-447 was signed into law.

This law says that all schools receiving federal money are required to present a program on the U.S. constitution to all students as close to September 17th as possible.

September 17th is the anniversary of the signing of the Constitution.

First, we will learn about the Preamble.
