Define energy: it means doing work as provided by physical or chemical resources. We use energy every day when we are eating, playing, writing, riding a car, or jumping. There are two main types of energy, potential energy(stored) and kinetic energy (working).
THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT FORMS OF ENERGY:
Kinetic energy

Electrical energy

is the ability to do any work. When the object has a kinetic energy it means
that its in motion.

HEAT ENERGY is also called thermal energy and is one
of the most important forms; its responsible for the systems temperature. Thermal energy can be exchanged from
one object to another. We can convert the kinetic energy into thermal energy.

Is a result from the existence of charged particles. We can get
electricity from many ways. Electrical energy comes in many forms such as
magnets. Kinetic energy can be converted into electrical energy using
a generator.
