With a great sense of pride and pleasure, we introduced the first generation JOW connectors in 2010 which evolved into third generation connectors by 2013. JOW connectors are the revolutionary products which eliminated the cumbersome tasks of stripping and splicing the wires before connection, while protecting the users from the risks of being exposed to electric shock. They are also water and dust resistant without loss of electrical conductivity during the wire connection. Most of all, it is so simple and easy to use that almost anyone could use them without training, anywhere, anytime with ease. Wire connection technology using JOW has proven to be about five times more efficient and economical than the traditional methods. Our international patents are based on the proprietary technology of “non-stripping and multi-contact” electrical connection. We named it as the “Insulation Displacement & Multiple Connection” technology, or IDMC technology. Ohm’s law of electricity attests the superiority of IDMC technology that electrical resistance is reduced as the connection points are increased when connecting the wires, (R =ρ l /A). Reduced electrical resistance affords higher currents and higher voltage applications. Only JOW connectors could perform the tasks of easy and simple electric wire connections without loss of electrical conductivity.
