CUTRConnections The Official Newsletter for CUTR Employees NEWS FROM THE DIRECTOR Even if you’re on the right road, you’ll get run over if you just sit there. Our road also has plenty of potholes to navigate as we make fundamental changes to our business. On Friday, a COE speaker remarked that the only person that really embraces change is a baby with a soiled diaper – for the record, I don’t think my babies even liked those changes. I’m confident that the talent in this building will help us become more agile, more adept, more innovative, and more successful than ever. In fact, I’ll demand it. Don’t sit. Help me navigate potholes and plan for meeting our challenges. All of us liking these changes is not likely; I hope we can learn to embrace them nonetheless.
