Presenters for Oral PresentationEach presentation in the Oral Presentation should be completed within 10 minutes. (6 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes for questions and answers)Regarding the details for other sessions, please note that the presenters have already been individually notified by email.
Poster Sessions (Un-Moderated Poster)Posters will be displayed from Wednesday, April 15 to Thursday, April 16. All posters must be mounted between 11:00 and 13:00 on Wednesday, April 15, and are requested to be removed on Thursday, April 16.The Poster Sessions are not moderated.Speakers of the Poster Sessions are requested to stand in front of your poster during the Free Discussion period.Snacks will be provided at the Free Discussion venue.* Please note that any posters left after the poster removing time will be removed and discarded without notice.* The congress organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to each poster if it is not dismantled during the poster removing time.
